As a real estate broker returning to the profession after decades in analytics and corporate marketing, I am excited to rejoin it.

Evidence-based marketing 

I bring decades of deep and beneficial research. If you are a home seller, my marketing plan will be indispensable, especially in a challenging housing market. My proprietary marketing system was developed to maximize interest in your home and sell it for top dollar. With a focus on aesthetics and messaging, I direct my team in creating beautiful visuals and compelling property narratives for web, email, video, and print. Featuring dynamic lifestyle-staged vignettes, sensory enhancements, and positive touchpoints that will make your property stand out above the competition.

Attentive service

I am committed to remaining present and involved in the team project (yours), rather than getting bogged down with multiple clients or buried in clerical tasks. I limit the number of clients I work with and engage multiple experts to ensure a seamless transaction through closing.

Adaptive negotiator

Most buyers and sellers want to be represented by an agent adept at conducting due diligence, providing pertinent insights, and operating with integrity in the negotiation process. This is another area where I can be of benefit to you. I was fortunate to hone my skills years ago by learning from a top-notch team that negotiated master distribution agreements for international brands.

Real Estate Market Research Projects:

  • a focus group study to uncover consumers’ most underserved real estate service needs.
  • website analytics study to determine the most effective real estate images and headlines to significantly increase the click-through rate on national websites.
  • A time-series study of pre-and post-home purchase interviews to see if the major home attributes that led to their purchase decision remained important and brought satisfaction to the participants one year afterward.
  • The design of a Mind Genomics® study to identify different types of homebuyers’ mindsets to create messaging that heightens property interest and identifies ideal properties for each segment.

Education:

I studied Economics and Philosophy at UCSB and Business Management at SFSU.

Professional training:

  • Dale Carnegie Sales Training (New York City)
  • Certified Financial Planner program through the College for Financial Planners.
  • Licensed real estate Broker since 2005.
  • Trained and mentored by a legendary Marketing Hall of Fame inductee, best known for his work with iconic international brands.

Personal background:

On a different biographical note, I grew up bi-coastal, living in Monte Sereno and Los Altos Hills, before moving to the East Coast. Today, I work on both the Central Coast and the lower Sierra wine country.
